Returns & Exchanges

At Carry Commission, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip or return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
